This 80 square meter flat in a beautiful 1900s stone building is ideally located just a stone's throw from the Jardin des Plantes, in the heart of the Saint-Victor district.

Overlooking the square from its elevated ground floor position, the first level opens onto a bright, flexible and airy 31 square meter Carrez surface area, with its almost three metres high ceilings and two large windows.

Opposite to the entrance, a wrought-iron staircase leads to the lower floor of over 44 square meters, which was created by combining the former cellars. From the outset, the project was designed to turn this unique space into a genuine living space, with appropriate ventilation and sanitation.

At the bottom of the staircase, a wide hallway gives access to a spacious vaulted room measuring 16 m2, with a generous volume thanks to its three-metre height. A bathroom and separate fitted kitchen complete that floor.
