Leasing

Principal residence lease

• To be paid by lessor: 1 month's rent including charges
• To be paid by the tenant :
  • Costs of visiting the property, compiling the file and drafting the lease: €12/m².
  • Inventory of fixtures: €3/m².

Other leases

• To be paid by the lessor: 1.2 months' rent including charges with a minimum charge of 200 euros
• To be paid by the tenant: 1.2 months' rent including charges with a minimum charge of 200 euros

Rental management
